Local culture

There’s plenty of history and culture to be found in Victoria, as you’ll find for yourself if you attend the 6th Annual Victoria Indigenous Cultural Festival, which will be taking place at the Royal BC Museum on June 22 and 23. You’ll see spectacular performances from more than 100 performers from across BC. There’ll also be a marketplace to buy souvenirs and delicious Indigenous cuisine to try, too.

Summer on the lawn

Having fun, making friends, and doing your bit for a good cause, all in the outdoors on a summer’s night? Sign us up. Lawn Summer Nights will be taking place on July 4, 11, 18, and 25. It’s a lawn bowling competition for people of all ages, all in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. Takes place at Victoria Lawn Bowling Club.

Canada Day celebrations

July 1st is Canada Day, and that means plenty of celebrations across Victoria! There’ll be performances, activities, fireworks, and oh so much more on Canada’s national day. Get all the details here.
