Logan’s Pub has been at the epicentre of Victoria’s music scene for decades now. Looking at their list of scheduled events, there is something going on every night of the week. Of particular note is the Black Sheep Comedy open mic on Tuesday, which features some of Victoria’s funniest people performing for absolutely free, and then there's Hootenanny on Sunday afternoons! The Hootenanny is an afternoon open mic that’s been running for YEARS, and it has long been the city’s most popular hangout for local musicians. LUCKY BAR

Lucky Bar is the coolest bar in town. If you want to see bands who are on the verge of leaving a mark on the national scene, take a look at Lucky Bar’s list of scheduled acts. Located on Yates Street, this isn’t the biggest venue in town (typically standing room only), but its' elevated stage and excellent sound systems guarantees a great concert-going experience with rising stars!
 

ALIX GOOLDEN HALL

The Alix Goolden Hall is a beautiful church that has been converted to a concert hall, transforming a typical concert into beautiful, spiritual experiences.
