Hotel Policies
- Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by adult
- Check-In time is anytime after 3PM. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
- Check-Out time is 11AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
- This property considers guests aged 17 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children under 18 will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults & children.
Payment Policies Deposit Information
- A valid credit card must be presented at check-in
- You may pay by credit card, cash, or travelers cheques upon departure
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation policy is 24 hours before Arrival Date
- Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records
Currency Conversions
- All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian dollars.
- As currency exchange rates will fluctuate on a daily basis, the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange.
- Currency exchange is available at the Front Desk.

Extra Guests Charges
- All room rates are based on single or double occupancy
- An additional charge of $20 per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy
Rollway Beds & Cribs
- Rollways $20.00 per night plus taxes
- Cribs are FREE Available by Request
Parking Fee

 Valet Parking is available at a charge of 9.00 per day from May 01 to October 10. There is no charge from October 11 to April 30.
Miscellaneous Charges
- Reserving Multiple Rooms: Please indicate in the "comments" section if you are reserving multiple rooms; i.e. 1 of 2 rooms, 2 of 2 rooms. This will avoid rooms being cancelled in error and increase the possibility of your rooms being in the same area of the hotel.
- Members of the Preferred Corporate Club, please indicate your membership and company name when making a booking either on-line or via telephone.
