There was no shortage of medals for the 2018 Canadian Olympic figure skating team at the winter Olympic games. Starting with a dominating gold medal performance in the figure skating team event, Canada managed to grab medals in the team, pairs, ice dance and ladies’ events.

No medal was more deserved, or more celebrated, than the return to the top of the podium for the ice dance team of Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir. Having won gold in 2010, the pair grabbed silver in 2014, and now the mantle as perhaps the greatest ice dancing duo of all-time with this year’s double gold effort.

They’ll deliver that same level of excitement and excellence to the 2018 Stars on Ice tour when it hits the ice at Victoria’s Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre on Tuesday, May 15.

The chance to experience the Canadian Olympic team live, delivering the same caliber of performance as witnessed in PyeongChang will is a special opportunity for figure skating fans.

The 2018 tour cast is populated with no less than eight 2018 Olympic medalists, including; two-time Olympic gold medalists, three-time world champions and eight-time national ice dance champions Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir; 2018 Olympic gold and bronze Medalist, 2017 world silver medalist and three-time national champion Kaetlyn Osmond; 2018 Olympic gold and bronze medalists, two-time world champions, and seven-time national pair champions Meagan Duhamel & Eric Radford; 2018 Olympic bronze medalist, two-time world champion and six-time consecutive European champion Javier Fernández; 2018 Olympic gold medalist, three-time world champion, and ten-time national champion Patrick Chan; and 2018 Olympic gold medalist, 2017 world bronze medalist, and two-time national champion Gabrielle Daleman.

The show also features two of the most decorated and beloved Canadian figure skaters of all-time: two-time Olympic silver medalist, three-time world champion, and seven-time national champion Elvis Stojko; and Olympic bronze medalist, world champion and three-time national champion Jeffrey Buttle; as well as 2015 national ice dance champions, two-time world medalists and 2018 Olympians Kaitlyn Weaver & Andrew Poje.
